APPI-compliant data handling
Audio, transcripts, and analytics stored exclusively in AWS Tokyo (ap-northeast-1).
No-log STT option
Uses AmiVoice's no-log API endpoint — audio is never stored on the STT provider's servers.
Configurable retention policies
Set a default retention period. Override per call for legal holds. Automatic purge on expiry.

Encryption at rest & in transit

Monthly call volume
How many calls do you process per month? Call volume directly affects AmiVoice STT usage. We support small centres at 100 calls/mo up to large operations at 50,000+.
Users & agent headcount
Licensing is based on active users — agents, supervisors, QA reviewers, and admins. Inactive users can be disabled at no extra cost, so you only pay for active seats.
Feature packs required
Core AI QA is the baseline for all plans. JP Compliance and QA Pro are add-on packs bundled at a clear increment. You only pay for the packs you actually need.
Deployment type
Managed SaaS (AWS Tokyo, fastest), private cloud (your AWS account), or on-premises. Deployment type affects both the setup fee and the monthly rate.
