Audit log
Immutable audit trail — every change logged
Consent status changes, rubric updates, export executions, and user actions are all timestamped and written to an append-only log. Deletion or modification of log entries is prevented at the system level.

Retention controls
Retention policies that match your governance rules
Organisation default
Admins set an organisation-wide default retention period (e.g. 90 days). Audio, transcripts, and analytics are automatically purged when the deadline passes.
Per-call override
Extend or shorten retention for individual calls — for regulatory holds, litigation preservation, or coaching libraries. Changes are logged in the audit trail.
BI integration
JSON and CSV exports feed directly into Tableau, Power BI, and Looker. Use webhooks to push data to your BI pipeline in real time on every call completion.
