Quick Start Guide

Get KoeIQ running and score your first call in 15 minutes.

Step 1 — Create your account

Start a 14-day free trial from the KoeIQ trial page. All you need is an email address and company name — your account is ready in seconds.

  1. Visit koeiq.com/en/trial.
  2. Enter your name, company, email, and password, then click Start Free Trial.
  3. Check your email for login instructions and click the link to access the app.

Step 2 — Upload your first call

Click ⬆️ Upload in the navigation bar and drag and drop an audio file.

  • Supported formats: WAV, MP3, M4A, OGG (max 500 MB)
  • Call ID: Optional. The filename is used if left blank.
  • Language: Select Japanese (ja-JP) or English (en-US).
  • Operator ID: The agent's ID from your CRM/HR system (optional).

Click Upload Files. The job is queued and processing begins within seconds.

ℹ️The dashboard auto-refreshes every 5 seconds so you can monitor progress in real time.

Step 3 — Review AI analytics

Once the call status shows Done ✓, click the row to open the Call Detail page.

  • Transcript: Full transcript with speaker separation.
  • Summary: AI-generated 2–3 sentence narrative.
  • Emotion: Overall sentiment, dominant emotion, per-speaker scores.
  • Intent: Primary call intent, urgency, follow-up flag.
  • Quality Score: 0–100 score with strengths and improvement areas.
💡Auto-Generate: Enable "Auto-Generate Analytics" in Admin Settings to run all four analytics automatically after every transcription.

Step 4 — Invite your team

Go to Admin → Users and click + Create User. Set an email, temporary password, and role.
