Free Trial Limits

Understand the limits on your KoeIQ free trial and what happens when it ends.

Feature packs available during trial

All feature packs are enabled during the trial so you can evaluate the full platform.

  • Audit & Export Pack — PDF export, webhook delivery, audit trail, Kintone integration
💡You can test every feature in a production-like way within the trial limits.

What happens when limits are reached

When the call or user count limit is hit:

  • Additional call uploads are rejected (HTTP 403).
  • Existing call data and analytics remain fully accessible.
  • New user creation is blocked once the user limit is reached.
⚠️Admins can check current usage at any time in Admin → POC Usage.

What happens at trial expiry

After 14 days the account enters an expired state:

  • Login is still possible, but new uploads and analytics are blocked.
  • Existing data is retained for 30 days after expiry, then permanently deleted.
  • Upgrading to a paid plan immediately restores full access and preserves all data.
ℹ️The sales team will reach out before expiry. Upgrade before the 30-day grace period ends to avoid data loss.
